Leadership The Community of God’s Love is served by a group of leaders called the Pastoral Team. The Pastoral Team is elected every two years during a month-long gathering of Community members at a General Assembly. During this gathering, a team of three leaders is elected: the Community Director and two other pastoral team members. Any covenanted member of the Community is eligible to be elected. The Pastoral Team serves for a two-year term and during this time is responsible for the pastoral and temporal care of the Community. The Pastoral Team communicates regularly with the Archdiocese of Newark. In addition to the Pastoral Team, the Community is served by a chaplain, Rev. Philip Latronico. Fr. Phil is a covenanted member of the Community and is assigned as chaplain by the Archbishop. |
